Xanthan gum (Xanthan Gum) is a carbohydrate obtained from the simple sugars glucose or sucrose. It is a natural stabilizer. It has binding effects, increasing viscosity, preserving moisture with its softening effect, and keeping the components together as an emulsion stabilizer.
In our review of Xanthan Gum, we could not find any studies that reveal a negative situation for the environment.
