Kondroitin Sülfat
Chondroitin sulfate is a polysaccharide found in cartilage and tendons. The body produces chondroitin sulfate by combining glucosamine and sulfate molecules. This substance plays a role in maintaining the structure and flexibility of cartilage. Chondroitin sulfate increases the resistance of cartilage to friction by allowing it to retain water. It also helps prevent cartilage from getting damaged.
